All bookings are final and non-refundable.
Bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment time.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a credit for the amount paid to toward a future booking.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments, are not eligible for a refund or future booking credit.

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Rescheduling is not permitted within 24 hours of the appointment.
Your birth details, the contents of your readings, and any personal information shared with Heather are treated as confidential.Â
